Parking and Transportation

Please don't park in the driveway next to the bungalow, because it doesn't belong to us. It belongs to our neighbors. There is free parking on the street in front of the bungalow. If that is ever filled, there are more free spaces behind the home.

For those who don't have a car, there is a city bus stop three blocks away, on the corner of 10th St. and Winton/Cossell Rd. (That street changes its name for some reason.) There's another city bus stop at 10th St. and Main St. For more information see IndyGo.net. The city bus terminal is the Julia M. Carson Transit Center at 201 W. Washington St., which is 5.1 miles/13 minutes away by car.

The Indianapolis bus station used to access Amtrak trains and the Greyhound, Trailways, Megabus and Peter Pan bus lines is at 350 S. Illinois St., which is 5.6 miles/17 minutes away by car.

There are also taxicabs, Uber and Lyft. Rental cars are available at the airport and at the specific rental car companies' other outlets.

The Indianapolis International Airport is 16 minutes/11.6 miles away. You can learn more about it here.

And last but not least, there are various racks of rental bicycles and skateboards around town.
